I have always adored cosplayers ^w^ I myself have not YET cosplayed, although I plan to this year at Nekocon, in an outfit that either my mother or I make. I have always loved seeing other people cosplay and squeal every time I see a decent cosplay of something I know. I am not often bubbly and spastic, but at cons I am quite visibly just that, and nothing else for a long while.
